Well guys, it's been a while since we've posted to this blog, and the reason is...

We've just set up a new site- www.anatomatrix.com, created some new classes, and are about to take the show on the road!!!

Obviously, it's the middle of the night, and I've been doing some web page updates. I'll check in tomorrow to give you a full update as to what's happening with Anatomatrix Fitness and its new workshop content.

Needless to say, we're VERY excited over here!

AFAA PFTv4 Certification Workshop and Examination

This past weekend in Lake Hopatcong was good, REALLY good! I got a chance to see several former students of the AFAA workshop and touch base. It's always nice to know that people who've taken the course can actually utilize the material in their real world business! That's really cool, and perhaps the reason why I stay in the industry- to help empower those who want to be empowered, and show them how to do so  utilizing fitness paradigms- AWESOME!!

Well this weekend, we're headed back out near there, but this time we'll be in Newton, NJ:
